Lets see…
Tuesday was another day of laundry. I spent most of Monday doing the home dry cleaning items and it had been awhile so there was a lot. It was a beautiful day weather-wise, not a warm as Monday but still lovely. I feel asleep during V again. Only the second episode and I haven’t made it through either one yet. Don’t blame the show, I am just tired.
Today I volunteered in Hannah’s class, had lunch with my hubby then after school took Hannah to swim class. I texted with my niece a little today and she told me she was having another baby. Her son will be three in December. I am excited for them.
Today I received the new workout program that Sean ordered for me. I will be starting that Monday. It is Slim in 6 so hopefully in six weeks I will see some results that I haven’t seen in the last ten months. I did read something interesting today in the nutrition guide that came with the DVDs… “According to some high-profile dieticians and trainers, if you exercised for a month and didn’t see the fat reduction you wanted, it’s probably due to your insulin levels being too high while you were working out.” Very interesting and perhaps this is my problem. However, on of the things they recommend is that you work out on an empty stomach. So if you have eaten you shouldn’t work out for three hours. I usually work out shortly after getting up in the morning, so I have to find out what I can do to solve this problem, if it is in fact what is causing me not to lose weight despite working out.
I haven’t been stitching lately, have wanted to but by the time I sit down with time to do it, I end up vegging out instead.
